Genesis Lands specializes in producing sustainable development of mountain properties in northwest Montana and the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. We understand the unique requirements of building roads and infrastructure in mountainous terrain. Our goal is to maximize a balance between access and land attributes while producing safe and practical mountain living. This goal is achieved by taking the time and resources to properly study and engineer the projects.

Genesis Lands currently has four property development projects - two located in northwest Montana and two on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica.

Genesis Mountain Costa Rica property is a 52-lot gated community located in Penshurt. Serenity Estates Costa Rica property is a 22-lot development located in Hone Creek. Both properties offer amazing ocean views, privacy and are just minutes from the amenities of the Caribbean.

Serenity Mountain property in northwest Montana is a 320-acre property with amazing views of Flathead Lake, Glacier Park, Big Mountain and the Flathead valley. The property has over 8 miles of road, pond, spring, well and electricity. Canyon Creek property in Northwest Montana is a 120-acre property surrounded by National Forest Service land. Centered in one of the best snowmobiling areas in Montana and just 8 miles from Columbia Falls and minutes from Glacier Park.
